I've tried Century eggs.

I recently learned about Century eggs through the news.

Korea and China are close, but they have a different style of cooking. There is no such dish in Korea. This is the first time eating raw.
There is no culture in Korea that eats eggs this way.


 Eggs were packed individually.


 The outside was cleaner than I thought. I thought there might be foreign matter on the shell.
It is transparent black, and has a slight pattern of snowflakes. A little stinky, but weaker than I thought.
The texture of the transparent black part was like jelly. The texture of the opaque gray part was muddy.
There was a slight stench in the egg yolk in the past, but it was edible. I felt a savory taste.

There is a similar smell of food in Korea. It is made by fermenting fish. I can't eat the food.  Ha ha.

This is a better food than you think.
Don't be so scared. There are many different foods in China.
